The 2024 Cyberchamps Hackathon and CTF event laid the foundation for national expansion.

Held under the sponsorship of the Ministry of Education and the National Cybersecurity Center, the three-day competition brought together:

• 15 private schools across Kuwait

The event included:

• • Cybersecurity orientation sessions
  • Capture the Flag competition
  • Hackathon focused on cybersecurity awareness solutions

Student teams developed websites, applications, games, and social media campaigns aimed at educating their school communities about cybersecurity threats.

Projects were evaluated by cybersecurity leaders from sponsoring entities including AlAhli Bank Kuwait and the American University of Kuwait. The top three teams were awarded.
