IDRAK doesn’t just look to develop, coach and instruct your business’ current employees. It looks to prepare your future ones.
Many business sectors, careers and roles, that are in high demand now, did not exist just five years ago. That trend will certainly continue, and we expect capabilities in Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) to continue to be increasingly important building blocks to enter those sectors and careers.
As part of IDRAK’s commitment to developing the capability of young people across the region, and particularly our support for the Kuwait Nationalisation agenda, we have developed the IDRAK Virtual Academy.
Structured around a community of STEM educators, HiPo students and career counsellors IVA welcomes like-minded students to access on demand services that inform, excite and progress their interest and capability in STEM.
With memberships that include live chat, self-study, group sessions and private tutor support, delivered virtually or at the IDRAK Training Centre, we are here to support you.
