Establishing a skilled native-born workforce is one of the most critical challenges facing the region from an economic, security and a social inclusion perspective. Integration of skilled native-born workforce and reduction of dependence on the expatriate workers has been on the top of agenda of the region for quite some time.
With growing population of young nationals entering the workforce every year, there is an urgent need to educate these leaders of tomorrow and close any necessary skills gap which is needed for their proper integration into the job market.
